Course Overview
The RSP Level 2 Refresher Course – Infrastructure Specialty provides an in-depth refresher and overview of topics related to roadway safety and infrastructure design, operation, and management. This course is intended for transportation professionals preparing for the Road Safety Professional (RSP) Level 2 Certification Exam – Infrastructure Specialty.
Course topics include the road safety management process; acquisition and use of crash data; crash prediction and trend analysis; multimodal user safety; road safety policy and planning; target crashes and countermeasures; and the Safe System and Vision Zero approaches.
The course also provides a general overview of many resources included on the approved study list for the RSP Level 2 Exam. While the course is not designed to address specific exam questions or guarantee coverage of particular topics, it is intended to prepare candidates for the level, scope, and rigor of material they may encounter on the exam.

Course Materials

The course includes:

All materials are available within the course modules.

PDH Credit – 11.7 PDH/CM

Participants earn 11.7 PDH/CM credits upon completion of the full course series.

To earn PDH credit, participants must:

  • Complete all pre-recorded modules

  • Submit the required module evaluations

A PDH Credit certificate will be issued upon successful completion.

Important

  • PDH credit is not awarded to multiple attendees viewing together at one location.

  • PDH credits earned from a certification refresher course do not apply toward the first renewal of the same certification.

  • PDH credits may be applied toward the renewal of a different certification, provided the subject matter is relevant.

Policy

This course is non-refundable.

Participants have 90 days from the date of purchase to complete the course. If the course is not completed within this period, it must be repurchased to regain access.
