ignITE Series Overview
ITE is excited to offer ignITE, a nontechnical career skills training program aimed at delivering management topics tailored specifically to transportation professionals and the industry we serve. As a transportation professional, you, your co-workers, and staff excel at technical analysis. But it takes more than technical skills alone to be successful in a transportation organization.
This ignITE series provides a suite of on-demand training offerings aimed to inform and grow the management skills you need to advance your career. Encompassing project management, people management, administrative management, communication skills, and self-awareness, this series is the practical solution transportation professionals are looking for to build confidence in all facets of management in order to achieve personal and business goals. You must do it all, from delivering effective projects, managing budgets and people, and communicating as a top-notch professional. So spark your curiosity with ignITE!
The first installment of the People Management track is an online self-guided 6-part module on the topic of Coaching and Mentoring.
Each part is intended to be completed sequentially in its entirety, but participants can elect to view any of the parts individually and standalone. However, all six (6) parts must be viewed in their entirety and knowledge checks completed to attain the Coaching and Mentoring Module Certificate.
This course equips participants with the essential skills and strategies to lead in various aspects of your career and is delivered by an expert panel.
